How to calculate 9AFF scores of chasers?

The question is: How our robot calculate the number of chasers points in Annual 9AFF Awards Program?

Let’s look at the example for Tom, 9A2AA., as chaser:

As we can see at chasers list for 2018, (http://www.9aff.sova-projekt.hr/AnnualChasersAwardsLastList) Tom has 29 points.

Our robot shows next:

Annual award 2018. Outline for 9A2AA. Total points: 29

NOTE:
Uniq. (UNIQUE): One 9AFF reference, once in your chasers log (2 points)
Rep. (REPEATED): QSO with same reference more that once (1 point)
Bon. (BONUS): Additional points for “water” area (additional 1 point). Why? Because, Annual 9AFF Award is supported by Croatian water authority Hrvatske vode.
Sum. (SUMMA): Sum of all points.
That’s all folks!
